Laveanne takes pride in our carefully handcrafted products. We do not off returns or refunds, however, we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. Sorry, no credit will be issued for returned items.

Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When return shipping an item over $75.00 consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since Laveanne is not responsible for return shipping losses or damage.
